We will ensure that the property has the Property Registration Certificate.( Certidão de Teor ), the Property Tax document (Caderneta Perdial ) License of Use ( Licença de Utilização ) Buying and selling contract ( Contrato promessa compra e venda )

We will help you gain your Personal Fiscal Number ( Numero fiscal de contribuinte ) which you must have to be able to complete a purchase of property in Portugal.

When buying a property in Portugal it is best to add a minimum of 15% to cover extra costs, including Lawyers AND Transfer Tax ( IMT- IMPOSTO MUNICIPAL sobre TRANSMISSOES) This tax must be paid before the Final Deed
